Cyndr the mountain heart questions.
I Read wiki, does not provide a map that i could find of WHERE cyndr stations himself that is considered "near" the dwarven npc with the powder kegs.
I can not find a spot behind the front wall that can reach cyndr with life leech spells, so far I'v been moving him around to see if he ever comes up close to the npc but never does. and ends up out of range for my necro. Can anyone provide a screenshot or something to help me locate where cyndr should be to be considered near the npc, and where I am to position my necro to be safely hidden yet within casting range for life leeching? This way I can damage him without needing to destroy his carapase. thanks for any and all constructive replies. |

Well he randomly pops up during the fight. The only time I've ever fought him, he was near the dwarf only once. Then he spent the rest of the fight on the far side of the room.

what is "near"? is he ever Next to the dwarf or what? Cyndr has popped up farther ahead of the dwarf on the pathway infront of the entrance, to the far left of the entrance and to the far right, farther from the door than the dwarf. All of which is out of casting range from behind the entry wall. (which i am guessing is only the side pillars.
Also does pacifism work on cyndr and would life steal remove it or is life stealing not considered "taking damage". thanks. |

"Near" being near enough to only have to take one or two steps to get from the dwarf to him. I could pretty much keep dropping the barrels and damage him without taking a step from the dwarf. Although he moved from that pretty quick.
As for Pacifism, health degeneration and life stealing are not considered damage. |

cool thanks, that means i just need to keep moving the wurm around til it gets closer to the dwarf, i was unsure if i had him as close as possible, which seems to be impossible after learning this.
I am going to try to use two life stealer necro's with pacifism in hopes that i can render cyndr unable to attack while my dual necros leech life from him without needing to destroy his carapse. thanks again, really appreciate it. |

When I faced him, he popped up once, didn't even move, and died within seconds with two blood heroes and Eve.
He still looks badass though :P |

thanks very much to you all, Pacifism didn't work but two necro heroes using life steal made short work of cyndr. Thanks for the advice.
